FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Disney FAQs

What is Fast Pass + ?

Fast Pass + lets you skip the standby line for select attractions, shows and Character Greetings. The best part? FastPass+ service is included in the price of theme park admission.

Check availability for must-do experiences and lock in 1, 2 or 3 FastPass+ selections for each day of your ticket at a single park.

Use your MagicBand or card to enter the FastPass+ line any time during the 1-hour arrival window and get to the fun, faster.

After you enjoy your third FastPass+ experience, you’re free to make another selection at an in-park kiosk or on your mobile device. Use that one, then get one more (based on availability)―and repeat!

If you have a select Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation, secure your choices 60 days prior to check-in. If you are staying off-site, secure your choices 30 days prior to your first park day.

What are Magic Bands?

This colorful wristband is actually an all-in-one device that effortlessly connects you to all the vacation choices you made with My Disney Experience.

Your MagicBand enables you to travel lighter throughout your vacation. Use it to enter the parks, unlock your Disney Resort hotel room and buy food and merchandise. Plus, your MagicBand gives you FastPass+ access to all the experiences you’ve selected online, so you can simply concentrate on enjoying the fun with the people you care about.

Universal FAQs

Where are the Harry Potter rides?

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is a themed area spanning two theme parks—Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios Florida

What is Universal Express Pass?

How does the Universal Express pass work?
Present this pass at participating attractions at either Universal Studios Florida™ or Universal’s Islands of Adventure™ to bypass the regular lines. Express ride access is a separate line with a shorter wait time at each valid attraction.

Present this pass at participating attractions at Universal’s Volcano Bay™ to bypass the Virtual Line™ and head right for the ride entrance. With Express ride access, bypass the return time wait at each valid attraction.

What’s the difference between the Universal Express pass and the Universal Express Unlimited pass?
The Universal Express pass allows you to bypass the regular lines one time per participating attraction. The Universal Express Unlimited pass allows you to bypass the regular lines an unlimited number of times per participating attraction.

Can I purchase a Universal Express pass the day of my visit?
The Universal Express passes are available for purchase in-park at the front gates of either theme park, or at merchandise locations throughout both parks. However, these products have a limited inventory and do sell out, so advance purchase is recommended. Additionally, Universal Express Unlimited passes are included when you stay at select on-site resort hotels.

What attractions do not participate in Universal Express?
Universal Express access is not valid on Fievel’s Playland™, Pteranodon Flyers, Kala & Tai Nui Serpentine Body Slides™ or Ko’okiri Body Plunge™.

Does Universal offer a Dining Plan?

Yes! Enjoy a selection of over 100 participating dining locations when you choose from the Universal Dining Plan (only available when pre-purchasing a Vacation Package or at the Universal Orlando™ Ticket Desk for on-site resort hotel guests), the Universal Dining Plan — Quick-Service, or the Universal Dining Plan — Quick-Service + Coca-Cola freestyle® Souvenir Cup. You’ll enjoy delicious meals and exclusive savings throughout Universal Orlando Resort™, including at Universal’s Volcano Bay™ water theme park. Call us for details 1-800-810-2844
